Afrocouture accepts returns as long as ALL of the following apply:
- Exchanges are shipped to the address below within 14 days of delivery.
- Customers are responsible for shipping charges back to us.
- If you need an exchange, your exchange would be shipped free to you.
- The merchandise has not been worn, washed, or altered in any way.
- It is returned in its original packaging.
- It still has the original tags.
You will receive a confirmation email once your package has been received, processed for refund or denied by us.
If your original invoice/receipt is lost, print out your shipping confirmation and send with the return package.
